life and its surprises

Life is wonderful. :) Have you ever had those days when evrything and everyone seems to be on your side? Yeah, I've been having a few of those in a row and I don't think they're stopping anytime soon.

Had an awesome night hanging out with one of my best friends, a.k.a. tyson, and had one of our long, in depth, talks about life and how much we've changed in 7 years. He is one of the 3 people that make me want to be a better person. He's such an amazing friend to everyone. And he's just truly a good person, I'm so thankful to have him in my life. So thank you, Tyson. He is showing his art tomorrow on 25th street, everyone should come out. They do the art stroll the first Friday of every month. Why not go? Its not like you've got anything better going on before 10. Why not enjoy some awesome company and amazing artwork?

I started planning my 21st birthday party yesterday. I've decided to go with a black and white theme. I'm so excited for it. I ordered my formal invitations this morning and got a few decorations. I'll get more in the next couple weeks. If anyone has any cheap, fun, decoration ideas please please please tell me about them. :) I really hope it turns out like I'm imagining it. :)

Bah, valentines day is right around the corner. What do I do? I am totally, completely, pathetically lost this year. :/ bummer for sure. I hope I can put something together.

There's so much more greatness that is going on that I can ramble on about but it is getting late and I need to get to bed, have a BIG weekend ahead of me. :) sleep good everyone.

New Year

My life has changed drastically in the past little while, but I am very excited for the new year. I have been single since October 30, this is the longest I've ever been single since I was 15 so I'm really proud of myself. I have some amazing friends that have been helping me get through this. Thank you all so very much. Especially Jake, he's going through a hard time himself right now and it means the world to me that he's there at 3 in the morning when I need to talk. Jake, you're always in my prayers as well as my family and other friends, but I'm sure you already know that. :D

I got moved to the office in Bountiful to be the manager there in November and on Monday I am getting moved to the Ogden office to be the manager there. Things just keep getting better and better for me in the work department.

I started school to become a wedding planner a little while ago. Who would have guessed. ME. A wedding planner. In high school and the year or so after high school I always said I wouldn't ever get married, that it just wasn't for me. I honestly didn't want anything to do with it. And now I want to plan that special day for people. I know that true love isn't dead and I want to be a part of their day. It's crazy how much I love doing it, I can't believe how well it fits me.

On that same note, I plan on moving back east this coming September to plan weddings in NY. I'm scared shitless, I'm not going to lie. But if everything goes according to plan I will be moving with one of my best friends. I'm so excited! I really really hope that everything works out. Even if this friend of mine can't move with me I still plan on moving, it will be a bit harder to move alone but I feel like this is right for me.

Well, I have a ton of errands to run and wedding stuff to plan out for Bee and Penny so I will catch up with you all a little later! <3

I will be ok.

Things haven't been going the greatest lately, and it makes me very sad. But I'm not going to lie to you, I will be ok. I will be fine no matter what happens. It's quite nice to know that in my heart, because I've never felt that before. I don't want this to happen, and I will do everything in my power to keep what I have though. So don't think I'm giving up, because this is far from over. :D

I don't think you should live life unless you're going to live it to it's fullest. And love with all your heart and make sure those people know it, each and every day. So, Scott, I love you. With everything I have. Every piece of me is still as in love you with you as I have ever been.

Halloween is just around the corner and I'm sad that I don't know what will be going on in just 6 or 7 days, but hopefully it will be everything I want and more. I am at my mamma's house right now and she has the whole thing decorated so cute, well scary I guess would be the better description but you know what I meant. I'm pretty stoked for my pin-up costume. It came in the mail just a week or so ago and I put it on as soon as I got inside the house. LOL It's adorable, if I do say so myself. LOL And tomorrow we get to carve pumpkins at my dad and Nikki's house. YAY! That's one of my favorite parts of this time of year, I love carving pumpkins. :D We're going to pick them tonight when they get done at costco. If they ever get done at costco. LOL

Oh, EVERYONE needs to get on mine or alex cunningham's facebook and check out the amazing pictures she took this morning. She is soo talented! I'm so excited to see the rest of them. I can't even tell you! ahahaha

life is a gift.

Life is so amazing right now. I couldn't ask for a better family, a better lover, or better friends. :D thank you so much to all of you who make my life this wonderful. :D On top of those wonderful things it is October, my second favorite holiday, the first being my birthday. Ahaha I have decided to be a 1950's french pin up girl. I'm going to rock red lips, tons of eye liner, and my faux hawk. I'm so excited. Mamma's throwing a party at her house so if anyone wants to join the party you're more than welcome. Ok, I guess not anyone, but you know what I mean.

I do have some more exciting news, I'm gettin my picture taken next Saturday. My mamma, sky, and I are gettin family pictures taken by Miss Alex Cunningham and I'm sooo stoked. Alex is going to takee my picture alone another day at the cemetary in the valley where my brother is buried. I'm so excited. I haven't seen her in so long and she does amazing work.

On top of all this, it's football season. And the amazing steelers are startin out 3-1 with a 3rd string QB. We have a bye this week, but next week when Big Ben steps onto the feild, you poor poor browns. We are going to dominate!!!! We have an awesome game coming up on halloween, we're playin the Saints. (Lil breesy) ahahaha I freakin love that commercial. Anywho, everybody needs to watch my Steelers take this shit over! :D

And anyone that's planning on coming to vegas with us we're staying at the Wynn. YAY! Everything is getting so close, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and then my birthday! Hehehe

Scott's Birthday Party

Well, Scott's surprise birthday party was a hit! We had fun for the most part, there was a couple minor drama moments, but it's all good because I know I'm better than that dumb bitch and that douche bag. :D He loved his wii and his new game and 'other surprises'. :D I hope he liked the 'other surprises' as much as his wii. ahaha Tons of people came over and all my parents helped me out sooo much! My mamma & Chris got him out of the house for part of the evening and watched ty for half the day. And my dad & Nik came over early and helped with the food which was a huge help. I'm really glad that his Jesse & Brad came down from Brigham to celebrate his birthday, I think it made him pretty happy. :D

I'm pretty excited for the next year and pretty stressed out too. I'm going back to school in June and have to save pretty much ALLLLL my extra money to pay for school, bills, and new tires. :( bleh. It totally blows, especially because I want some new pants and some new boots for winter. Meh, oh well. It will be worth it in the long run. By this time next year I'll be a much happier person in a much better place! Speaking of being in a better place, Scott got the job at the jail and the one at the nursing home. We both think the job at the nursing home would be a better choice. So hopefully he can get all of the paperwork done and start soon. :D

I think things are turning around in our lives, I think the drama of our families is finally over, and I couldn't be happier. His mom and I are getting along, and my family has always liked him. His parents officially met all my parents at his party, and it went quite well. I'm very happy about our lives right now. :D I'm so lucky to grow old with him!

I did go through with cutting my hair, and I love it! It is soooo easy to take care of. It takes me literally 10 minutes to get ready after I get out of the shower compared to my old 45 minutes. It's really wonderful! ahahah And now you can actually see my gauges, which is nice; lots of people didn't even know I had them. But, I do miss having long hair. I think that after I start school I'm going to get some extensions. And probably some lash extensions! Holla! ahahaha. I want the lash extensions now, but need to save my money. :(

Oh, so I have started watching Jersey Shore, and LOVE IT!!! ahahaha. It is hilarious! And shockingly, Tyler likes watching it too. Which is pretty funny. "I'm in Miami, I don't want girls studying for finals, I want girls studying for dick!!!" -Vinny. ahahaha LOVE IT!

So, I was just reading everyone's posts from facebook this morning while sitting at work when I came across a very disturbing one. It read, "Christ, I want a baby!!". Now, this was only scary because the person who posted this is 20 and his girlfriend is 19. His previous post was, "I need a car. Cheap!". From that post I'm assuming they aren't financially stable. I'm not quite sure if this person was kidding or not, but I do know they've wanted a baby since high school. When will 'kids' learn the babies aren't all fun & games? I don't think they realize the time and money that baby is going to cost them. Or the sleep, or the relationships, and the list goes on. But maybe I'm wrong, maybe they have taken all of this into account and still want a baby. I wanted to say something so badly, but decided it wasn't my place so I kept my big mouth shut.
On a lighter note, I'm pretty stoked for this coming weekend. Scott and I are going to kris & tonya's wedding tomorrow. And when toyna and I talked about it, she let me know we will be dancing the night away, which sounds wonderful to me. LOL Then on Saturday I have to work a half day but then, courtney & I are going to get my hair cut into a faux hawk. if anyone has any cute ideas on how to style it or clips to put in it let me know! I'm super excited. Then on Sunday my mamma is taking Scott, Sky, Ty, Chris, & I to lagoon! Yay!! I can't wait to go have some fun in the sun. LOL
Scott's mom, Wannetta, and I have been getting along and I couldn't be happier about that. Its a huge weight lifted off of me. You have no idea. And Ty's been here which has been fun.
Oh and Scott's suprise is coming up! I can not wait for his birthday! I'm just waiting on 1 more thing to come in the mail. Yay! I'll tell you all about it after he gets it because I know he reads this. Hi baby. LOL
